ECM4

ECM4 allows precise monitoring of the crane's condition, and at the same time records the working life of the crane.

The ECM4 can truly be considered as the "control center" of the F.lli Ferrari crane. Its brain constantly monitors the pressure of the crane in its different positions and during movements.

This means greater safety and more efficient use of the machine. Furthermore, the ECM4 also controls accessories mounted the machine such as winch, jib, rotators and grab/clamps.

A display shows the user the cylinders' lifting conditions and the working mode of the crane. Together with the warning lights, the display informs the user when maintenance is required and about possible faults in the circuit. In these cases, the ECM4 performs self-diagnostics and displays a code related to the problem component in order to help the workshop to identify the damage.

The ECM4 memorizes all of the crane operations and all the maintenance and settings done by authorized workshops. This allows the user to track everything that has occurred to the machine.
