From delivery to installation of F.lli Ferrari cranes
We interviewed our dealer Tecnolift (Mantova, Italy) to share with us his works from the delivery of the cranes from F.lli Ferrari to the installation on the dedicated truck and the delivery to the final customer.
“As a specialized technician in truck crane installation, the various stages of assembly include truck preparation, subframe installation, PTO and pump, electric and hydraulic connections. The main aspects to be evaluated include the calculation and checks of the weight distribution on the truck, the oil flow supplied by the pump, the vehicle stability in all the working conditions.
Finally, it is necessary to follow the tests requested by the local standards in order to ensure the safety and the conformity of the full vehicle. This include the lifting tests, stability tests, checks on the safety devices.. The delivery to the final customer is a key element of our activities in which we explain to the operator how to use the crane safe and achieving the best performances”
