The Ecomondo is the largest showcase in the Euro- Mediterranean area for advanced and sustainable technology for processing and recycling all kinds of waste; treating and reclaiming water, waste water and polluted marine sites; efficient use and transformation of raw and processed materials and the promotion of renewable raw materials.

The exhibition, in a display area in excess of 113,000m2, attracted over 1,200 exhibitors and more than 105,000 visitors. There was a high level of interest from visitors, 10% of whom came from outside of Europe. Overall, the exhibition was very successful in allowing potential customers to get close to Hyva’s products.

F.lli Ferrari’s new crane lines (7000 and 9000 Series) have been totally redesigned and reengineered. The new generation truckmounted cranes are lighter and more compact. Modularity of design in individual models and across lines contributes to ease of use, ease of maintenance, consistency of spare parts and simplified training requirements. A wide range of accessories are available to optimise the crane for different applications. The new cranes are characterised by several innovative features – including Magic Touch and Dynamic Load Diagram – which improve driver attention and safety, save time and can increase productivity.

Hyva’s new Titan ‘boltable’ hookloaders are durable, lightweight systems available in different lengths and capacities. The modular, fully bolted, rather than welded, construction reduces installation and maintenance times. And, the lower system weight and height and increased operating speed can deliver payload and productivity improvements. The Titan has proved its value in a wide range of end user applications including municipal waste collection and recycling, construction waste removal and materials supply, and, movement of agricultural supplies and produce.
